CITIZEN HEALTH

Join the Citizen Health Changemaker Community — the people rare disease families trust.

A new ambassador program for the caregivers and patients who show up for their communities — and who are passionate about how technology can finally make this journey easier.
We're opening our first cohort. Start by just telling us about you.

Who's a Citizen Health Changemaker?

A Citizen Health Changemaker is a caregiver or patient who shows up for their rare disease community — the one other families already turn to. Some have big followings; some don't. Some lead foundations; some just share honestly from their own corner of the internet. What they share is lived experience, a real community, and the generosity to help the next family find their way.
