If anyone hasn't used this yet, it is REVOLUTIONARY. I've used the AI Advocate to search and aggregate info about my child's complicated health history. Before this tool, I could see diagnoses and dates then do a lot of digging for info. Now, I type a question and wait and can validate the info through the references from within the actual medical records without searching thousands of pages!!! This tool was a life saver for prep for our next neuro appointment!

During a doctor’s appointment, I pulled up the AI Advocate and had everything I needed for the issue we were discussing. Normally I’m flipping through a huge binder of records from three different states and multiple hospitals. Instead, I asked AI Advocate my questions, and immediately showed the doctor the response. I was mind blown - and immediately told other families, "You have to try this."

The AI Advocate has been an absolute life changer… I have used this to gather his information to share with his school for an IEP. I have used it to update diagnosis codes that his insurance has missed in the past... The most exciting part of using this feature was that I was able to use it to help me craft an appeal to the insurance for an adaptive bicycle. Insurance denied it three times... AI Advocate helped me make sense of the medical jargon and the insurance coding to be able to advocate for my son and give him the tools that make his life a little easier.

I’ve never been able to functionally use our medical records before... there were just too many documents from the hospital. Now, I can ask about Lexi’s diagnoses, medications, procedures, even specific dates... and it pulled everything out or gave me a summary. AMAZING! Very useful.

Citizen Health gave us a lifeline. Through the platform, we were able to gather and centralize all of Abby’s medical history, test results, therapy notes, and specialist reports in one secure, accessible place. Having everything organized in one spot made it so much easier during appointments, and removed a huge burden of paperwork and confusion. When it’s time for appointments or therapies, the AI Advocate helps us prepare — reminding us what questions to ask, helping us understand complex medical reports, and summarizing what each diagnosis and test result means in plain language. When IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings come up, the AI Advocate helps us get ready by summarizing therapies, progress, and needs, in a way we can bring directly to teachers and therapists. It’s also helped us explain Abby’s condition — CTNNB1 syndrome — to friends and family in a way that’s clear and compassionate. That support has made such a difference emotionally and practically, and it’s hard to imagine navigating this journey without it.

I asked the AI Advocate how many times Caleb has had pneumonia—and it gave me a number, a table, and even the location in the lung. Then I asked about broken bones, and it separated fractures from surgeries. I especially love that I can see the references behind the answers!
